Eight pozzetti, handcrafted gelato, and that signature Allora charm ready to turn any gathering into something extraordinary.

Option 1 – Up to 300 Guests ($4,500)

Service with our Ape cart, Ravello
Up to 8 flavors (customizable mix, or double on a few)
Cups, spoons, wafers, and napkins included
One Allora team member serving on site (up to 4 hours of service)
Complimentary pints packed at the end with any remaining gelato

Option 2 – Up to 120 Guests ($3,500)

Service with our Ape cart, Ravello
Up to 4 flavors (customizable from our seasonal and signature menu)
Cups, spoons, wafers, and napkins included
One Allora team member serving on site (up to 4 hours of service)
Complimentary pints packed at the end with any remaining gelato

Option 3 – Up to 60 Guests ($2,500)

Service with our Ape cart, Ravello
Up to 2 flavors (customizable from our seasonal and signature menu)
Cups, spoons, wafers, and napkins included
One Allora team member serving on site (up to 4 hours of service)
Complimentary pints packed at the end with any remaining gelato

Since Ravello is typically reserved several months in advance for larger events, Option 3 is available only within 30 days of the event date, subject to availability. This allows us to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations with the same level of attention and care.

Bring Back Favorite Flavors
One of the unique benefits of hosting Ravello is the opportunity to serve favorite flavors from past seasons. When possible, we're happy to recreate discontinued or seasonal flavors exclusively for your celebration.

Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup are included within 25 miles of our Scottsdale shop.

Extended Travel
For events beyond this radius, extended travel and event logistics are coordinated in 10-mile increments to ensure Ravello arrives fully prepared for service.
- $250 per additional 10 miles
- For destinations beyond 75 miles, please inquire for a custom travel arrangement.

Ravello is approximately the size of a small car:
5.5 ft wide × 10 ft long × 7 ft high

Holiday Events
Events held on the following holidays are subject to a $1,000 holiday service surcharge due to increased staffing and operational requirements:

- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day

Reserve Ravello

Ready to bring Ravello to your event? Just fill out the form with your event date and package choice. Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm and set up a time to meet.

At that meeting, we’ll go over logistics, flavor ideas, and all the details together. A $500 non-refundable deposit at that time will secure Ravello exclusively for your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
