Since Ravello is typically reserved several months in advance for larger events, Option 3 is available only within 30 days of the event date, subject to availability. This allows us to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations with the same level of attention and care.

One of the unique benefits of hosting Ravello is the opportunity to serve favorite flavors from past seasons. When possible, we're happy to recreate discontinued or seasonal flavors exclusively for your celebration.

Service Area, Delivery and Setup
Ravello travels across the Valley, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek and Carefree. Delivery and setup are included within 25 miles of our Scottsdale shop. Anything farther is covered under Extended Travel.

For events beyond this radius, extended travel and event logistics are coordinated in 10-mile increments to ensure Ravello arrives fully prepared for service.-

At that meeting, we’ll go over logistics, flavor ideas, and all the details together. A $500 non-refundable deposit at that time will secure Ravello exclusively for your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.

Planning a wedding, corporate event, or celebration in Scottsdale or Phoenix? Here's what couples and hosts ask us most before booking Ravello.
How far in advance should we book Ravello?
As soon as you have your date. Ravello books up, especially for wedding season, so the earlier you reach out, the better your chances of securing it.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions, like vegan, dairy-free or gluten-free?
Yes. We offer vegan flavors, and most of our gelato is naturally gluten-free, with the exception of Chocolate Brownie and Mint Cookies & Cream.
Can we taste the flavors before booking?
Absolutely, come by the shop and try as many as you like. Weekday afternoons tend to be quieter if you'd like to take your time.
What if we want more guests or flavors than our package includes?
We can upgrade you to the next package up.
What if our event runs longer than the 4 hours of service?
Additional time is $100 per hour.
How does Ravello handle Arizona heat?
Gelato stays at the right temperature inside the pozzetti, even in summer. We just ask that the client provide a shaded area for the cart and our scooper.
What does the venue need to provide?
A dedicated power circuit within 25 feet of where the gelato cart will be serving, not shared with bars, sound systems, or other high-usage equipment, along with clear, unobstructed access for the gelato cart to enter and exit. Any permits required for food service at your venue are the client's responsibility.
What happens if it rains or the weather turns?
Ravello is an open-air cart and can't safely operate in rain, high wind, or extreme weather. If that happens, we'll work with you to find an indoor or covered space, or an alternate plan. If nothing works, we'll reschedule your event once, based on availability.
How do we secure our date?
Your date is confirmed once we receive either full payment or a $500 deposit. Paying in full simplifies planning on both sides, but the deposit works too, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
Can we change our flavor selections after booking?
Yes, flavors can be updated up to 15 days before your event.
