Compensation
Starting at approximately $29 per hour total, including tips, with the opportunity to reach approximately $34 per hour as you progress.
Full time team members begin at $17 per hour plus tips, with base pay increasing as skills, proficiency, and responsibility grow.

Advancement is earned through demonstrated proficiency and an in person assessment. The timing shown is a guide, with each level reached when you are ready to take on the responsibility that comes with it.
Average total earnings are based on recent team payroll. Tips vary based on business volume and hours worked.
Full Time Benefits
Full time team members receive 40 guaranteed hours each week.
Health benefits begin after 60 days.
As you progress, your role expands beyond proficiency at the counter into training others, supporting the team, and taking greater responsibility for the standards and experience behind Allora.
