Guest Experience Team
Every part time team member learns both of our front of house stations.
One focuses on welcoming guests, guiding them through the experience, and serving with warmth and confidence. The other focuses on presenting flavors, sharing product knowledge, and preparing gelato with care and precision.
Every team member is trained in both areas.
Compensation
Approximately $27 per hour total, including tips.
Base pay starts at $15 per hour plus tips.
As you gain experience, develop your skills, and demonstrate proficiency across both counters, your base pay can increase.
Average total earnings are based on recent team payroll. Tips vary based on business volume and hours worked.
